**How to Use**
(1) Check whether the S or M earpiece fits your ear better and attach it to the main unit. Remove the heating element from the aluminum pouch immediately before use.
(2) Insert the heating element into the slot on the earplug main unit and push it in until it is securely fitted.
*Ensure the heating element is fitted into the retaining tabs to prevent it from falling out.
(3) Hold the earplug with the earpiece facing forward and insert it directly into your ear.
(4) Adjust the earplug so that the heating element fits snugly into the hollow of your ear.
*Confirm that it is effectively blocking sound and that you can feel the warmth.

*Do Not Use*
● Do not use on infants, children, or individuals with dementia.
● Do not use near infants, children, or individuals with dementia (it may fall out due to movement during sleep).
● Do not use if you have any ear diseases or problems around the ear area.
● Do not use if you have any skin abnormalities such as diseases, inflammation, wounds, swelling, or eczema.

**Precautions for Use**
● Be cautious of accidental ingestion by infants, children, or individuals with dementia.
● To prevent accidental ingestion, do not leave the heating element unattended.
● If accidentally swallowed, consult a physician immediately.

*To Prevent Burns, Please Observe the Following Precautions.*
● Always use the dedicated heating element designed for these earplugs by inserting it into the main unit. Do not use any other heating elements.
● Do not press on your ears over the earplugs.
● Do not use when heavily intoxicated or in any state where you cannot remove the product by your own will.
● If used by individuals with physical disabilities, those around them should exercise sufficient caution.
● Individuals with sensitive skin should use with sufficient caution.
● Discontinue use if it feels too hot, or if you experience any discomfort or abnormalities in the area of use.
● If symptoms of a burn such as redness, itching, or pain appear on the skin, stop use immediately and consult a physician.
● Individuals with impaired temperature sensation or blood circulation, such as those with diabetes, should consult a physician or pharmacist.
*When the skin is warmed, it may temporarily become red or feel itchy.

● Do not heat in a microwave oven.
● After waking up, remove the used heating element (which has finished generating heat) from the main unit and dispose of it promptly.
● Do not leave the heating element unattended, as the heat it generates may damage bedding or other items.
● When removing, pull out slowly to avoid injuring the ear.
● Do not use while driving.
● This is not a medical device. Do not use for therapeutic purposes.
● Do not use if the earplug main unit is damaged, deformed, or heavily soiled, as this may cause injury to the ear.
● If the earplug main unit deteriorates and the heating element becomes loose and prone to falling out during use, there is a risk of accidental ingestion or burns. Replace the main unit if the heating element becomes difficult to fit into the retaining tabs.
● Be cautious of accidental ingestion.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
● Keep out of reach of infants, children, and individuals with dementia.
● Avoid storing in direct sunlight, high temperatures, or near heat sources (such as on top of heaters), as this may prevent the heating element from generating sufficient heat.
● If the individual packaging is damaged, the product may not generate heat.
