**How to Use**
● Before use, thoroughly wipe away any dirt, sebum, or makeup from around the nose.
● Remove the strip from its individual pouch. Peel off the backing paper from the center slit.
● While looking in a mirror, confirm the correct position and press down on both ends to apply firmly.
● To remove, slowly peel the strip off from both ends. If you feel pain, do not force it off. Warming the area with lukewarm water will make it easier to remove.
● Even if you wish to use the strips on consecutive days, take a day off to allow your skin to rest.
● If any adhesive remains on the skin, it can be more easily removed by warming the area with a steamed towel.

**Precautions for Use**
● This product is a strip to be applied to the surface of the nose to widen the nasal passages. Do not use for any other purpose.
● Do not use if you are prone to hyperventilation or are currently hyperventilating.
● Do not use on children.
● Do not use if you have previously experienced a rash from adhesives, or if you have any skin abnormalities such as wounds, eczema, or sunburn.
● If you have sensitive skin, test the strip on a soft area of your upper arm before use to check for any rash, redness, itching, or irritation.
● If you experience symptoms such as a rash, redness, itching, or irritation during use, or if pain or red marks persist after removal, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
● Reapplying the strip will reduce its adhesive strength, making it more likely to peel off during use.
● Can be used day or night, but do not use continuously for more than 12 hours a day.
● Use a new strip each time.
● Keep out of reach of children.
● Store in a clean, dry place, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
