If you wish to drink it cold, allow it to cool slightly before transferring to another container to chill in the refrigerator.
*As a Cold Brew*

Refrigerate and drink once it has reached your desired strength.
*Using a Teapot*
Place one tea bag in a teapot, pour boiling water over it, and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes before pouring to serve.
●Adjust the number of tea bags, amount of water, and brewing time to your preference.
**Precautions for Use**
●Please be careful to avoid burns when handling hot water.
●Please be aware that boiling the tea bag for an extended period may cause the aroma of the Jerusalem artichoke tea to dissipate or the tea bag to tear.
●There may be spots on the edge of the tea bag; these are particles of Jerusalem artichoke tea caught during processing and are not foreign matter. The tea is safe to drink.
●Please consume prepared tea on the same day if possible.
