**Product Description**

Eve Three Shot Premium is a formulation designed to be highly effective for headaches, menstrual pain, and shoulder stiffness pain.

● Contains a dual analgesic combination of ibuprofen and acetaminophen.
● Utilizes proprietary Quick Action Tablet technology for rapid dissolution of ibuprofen.
● Formulated with magnesium oxide (a gastric mucosal protective agent) to protect the stomach, and is free of ingredients that cause drowsiness.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, an increased risk of side effects, or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had an asthma attack after taking this product or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines.
(3) Are a child under 15 years of age.
(4) Are pregnant and within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
2. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives.
3. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this product.
4. Do not use this product for an extended period.

**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product if you:
(1) Are currently receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Are breastfeeding.
(4) Are elderly.
(5) Have ever had an allergic reaction to medication.
(6) Have been diagnosed with any of the following conditions:
Heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.
(7) Have a history of the following illnesses:
Gastric/duodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, stop taking it immediately as they may be side effects, and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching, bruising
Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, stomach heaviness, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stools
Neuropsychiatric: Dizziness
Cardiovascular: Palpitations
Respiratory: Shortness of breath
Other: Blurred vision, ringing in the ears, swelling (edema), nosebleeds, bleeding gums, difficulty stopping bleeding, bleeding, back pain, excessive drop in body temperature, general malaise
※In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Shock (anaphylaxis): Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and confusion of consciousness may appear immediately after taking the product.
Mucocutaneous-ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, and loss of appetite may persist or worsen rapidly.
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, systemic rash, fever, general malaise, and swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.) may occur.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite may occur.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, general malaise, joint pain, and diarrhea may occur.
Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea/vomiting, etc., may occur. (Such symptoms are frequently reported, especially in individuals undergoing treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Myocardial infarction: Constricting chest pain, difficulty breathing, and cold sweats may occur.
Cerebrovascular disorder: Sudden onset of symptoms such as decreased or loss of consciousness, difficulty moving limbs on one side, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, or slurred speech may occur.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or with slight exertion, dry cough, and fever may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds when breathing, and difficulty breathing may occur.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine may occur.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat may occur.
3. The following symptom may occur after taking this product. If this symptom persists or worsens, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
Constipation
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product 3-4 times, stop taking it and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
● Analgesia for: headache, menstrual pain, shoulder stiffness pain, toothache, sore throat pain, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, lower back pain, pain after tooth extraction, pain from bruising, earache, pain from fractures, pain from sprains, and pain from trauma.

● Antipyresis for: chills and fever.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose with water or lukewarm water, up to twice a day, preferably not on an empty stomach. Allow at least 6 hours between doses.

● Adults (15 years of age and older)
Single dose: 3 tablets

● Under 15 years of age
Do not take.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) How to remove the tablets
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP (Press-Through Package) sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and remove the tablet before taking. (Swallowing the tablet in its packaging may lead to accidental injury, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
