2. Do not take in large doses.

**Indications and Effects**
● Constipation
● Alleviation of the following symptoms associated with constipation:
Heaviness in the head, hot flashes, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite (anorexia), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.
**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose with water or lukewarm water before bedtime (or on an empty stomach). However, for the first time, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount while monitoring your bowel condition.
● Ages 15 and over
Single dose: 1-3 tablets
Once daily
● Ages 11-14
Single dose: 1-2 tablets
Once daily
● Under 11 years of age
Do not take.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Avoid taking within one hour of consuming antacids or milk. (This medication may dissolve in the stomach due to antacids or milk, preventing it from achieving the expected effect).
(4) Swallow the tablets whole without chewing or crushing them. (This product has a special coating to ensure the active ingredients work effectively in the large intestine).
(5) How to remove tablets from the package:
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP (Press-Through Package) sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa).
