**Product Description**
● This product contains fursultiamine (a vitamin B1 derivative) with excellent absorption, mecobalamin (an active form of vitamin B12) involved in peripheral nerve repair, and pyridoxal phosphate hydrate (an active form of vitamin B6) involved in maintaining nerve function. It is highly effective for severe symptoms such as deep eye fatigue, stiff shoulders and neck, and severe lower back pain.

● It contains d-alpha-tocopherol succinate (a natural form of vitamin E) which is involved in blood circulation throughout the body, and is also formulated with folic acid and gamma-oryzanol.

● These easy-to-swallow, yellow sugar-coated tablets are effective when taken as 1 tablet, 3 times a day.

Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, stomatitis, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, stomach discomfort, abdominal pain
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product. If such symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
Loose stools, diarrhea, constipation
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about one month, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
5. After taking this product, menstruation may start earlier than expected, or menstrual flow may increase slightly. If bleeding persists for a long period, consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following symptoms:
Eye fatigue, muscle pain/joint pain (such as stiff shoulders and neck, lower back pain, frozen shoulder), neuralgia, numbness in hands and feet.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water immediately after meals, without chewing.

Gamma-oryzanol… 10 mg
Folic acid… 1 mg
Additives: Calcium silicate, corn starch, anhydrous silicic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, cellulose, hypromellose, erythritol, vitamin B2, titanium dioxide, gum arabic, calcium carbonate, talc, sucrose.
Taking this product may cause urine to turn yellow, but this is due to the folic acid and is not a cause for concern.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (it may cause misuse or affect the quality).
(4) Discard the filling inside the bottle after opening the cap. (Placing the filling back into the bottle may cause it to absorb moisture and affect the quality. The filling is intended to prevent the tablets from being damaged during transportation).
(5) Tighten the bottle cap firmly after each use (failure to do so may lead to moisture absorption and affect the quality).
(6) Do not take the product after the expiration date.
(7) Write the date of opening in the “Date Opened” field on the box and bottle.
(8) After opening, for quality assurance, consume as soon as possible, preferably within 6 months from the date of opening.
