**Product Description**
Features the most intense cooling sensation of the Smile 40EX Gold line. These eye drops contain eight active ingredients to combat severe eye fatigue and blurred vision for those who overuse their eyes. Preservative-free*.
*Does not contain preservatives (such as benzalkonium chloride).

* Three types of vitamins (Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B6) alleviate severe “eye fatigue” and “blurred vision.”
* Two types of amino acids (Taurine and Potassium L-Aspartate) work directly on the eyes, enhancing the metabolism of eye cells to relieve fatigue.
* Contains the maximum allowable amount of Neostigmine Methylsulfate to improve the eye’s focus adjustment function (*Maximum amount allowed by manufacturing and marketing approval standards for general-use ophthalmic drugs). It acts directly on the ciliary muscles to relieve eye strain and improve symptoms of tired eyes.
* The antihistamine action of Chlorpheniramine Maleate and the decongestant action of Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride alleviate unpleasant symptoms such as “itchy eyes” and “red eyes.”

**Precautions for Use**

1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals with the following symptom: severe eye pain.
(4) Individuals with the following diagnosis: glaucoma.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use.

**Indications and Effects**
Eye fatigue, blurred vision (e.g., when there is excessive eye discharge), conjunctival hyperemia, itchy eyes, blepharitis (soreness of the eyelids), prevention of eye diseases (e.g., after swimming, or when dust or sweat enters the eyes), ophthalmia due to ultraviolet or other light rays (e.g., snow blindness), discomfort when wearing hard contact lenses.

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 3 drops, 3 to 6 times a day.
(1) Excessive use may cause abnormal sensitivity to light or lead to increased eye redness.
(2) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes (this may cause contamination with foreign matter such as eye discharge or dust). Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(4) Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses.
(5) Use only for instillation into the eye.

Additives: Boric acid, Trometamol, Sodium edetate, BHT, Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, Polysorbate 80, Propylene glycol, Povidone, l-Menthol, dl-Camphor, d-Borneol, Eucalyptus oil, and a pH adjuster.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave in high-temperature locations (40°C or higher), such as inside a car or near a heater.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or change the quality of the product).
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the bottom of the outer box). Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening.
(6) Depending on storage conditions, such as instilling the drops with the container held sideways, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, gently wipe with a clean gauze before use.
*To be environmentally friendly, a carrying pouch is not included.
