**Product Description**
Relaxes muscles and provides fast relief for painful stiff shoulders and lower back pain.

● The main ingredient, methocarbamol, suppresses nerve reflexes, relieves abnormal muscle tension and stiffness, and alleviates pain.
● These are white, oval-shaped tablets formulated with ethenzamide to relieve pain.
● Dibenzoylthiamine and tocopherol acetate, which support the action of methocarbamol and ethenzamide, work synergistically to improve various symptoms associated with abnormal muscle tension, spasms, and pain (such as stiff shoulders, lower back pain, muscle aches, etc.).

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, an increased risk of side effects, or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had an asthma attack after taking this product, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines.
2. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medicines:
Antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives.
3. After taking this product, do not operate vehicles or machinery.
(Drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
5. Do not take this product for a long period of time.

**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product:
(1) Those undergoing treatment by a doctor or dentist.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Children (12-14 years old) who have or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza.
(4) The elderly.
(5) Those who have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
(6) Those diagnosed with the following conditions:
Heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, stomach or duodenal ulcers.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Stop taking the product immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort
Neuropsychiatric system: Dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness
Other: Excessive drop in body temperature
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN): High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread rash/redness of the skin that persists or worsens rapidly.
3. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about 2 weeks, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.

**Indications and Effects**
● For the following symptoms associated with abnormal muscle tension, spasms, and pain:
Lower back pain, stiff shoulders, muscle aches, back pain in middle age, frozen shoulder, neuralgia, stiff neck from sleeping, sprains, bruises, muscle pain after sports, joint pain.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water, without chewing, preferably avoiding an empty stomach.

● Ages 15 and over
Single dose: 2 tablets
Doses per day: 3 times

● Ages 12 to 14
Single dose: 1 tablet
Doses per day: 3 times

● Under 12 years of age
Do not take.
(1) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(3) How to remove the tablets:
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, then remove and take the tablet. (Swallowing the tablet in its packaging by mistake can lead to unexpected accidents, such as the packaging piercing the esophageal mucosa).

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product).
(4) Do not take the product after the expiration date.
