Roihi-Tsuboko Loxoprofen RXM7 (category II drug)

**Product Description**
This is a warming type patch formulated with 8.1% Loxoprofen Sodium Hydrate, which has excellent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
This is an odorless patch.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of side effects)
1. Do not use this product if you:
(1) Have ever had allergic symptoms due to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had an asthma attack after using this product or other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or topical analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs.
(3) Are a child under 15 years of age.
2. Do not apply to the following areas:
(1) Around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.
(2) Areas with eczema, rashes, or open wounds.
(3) Areas affected by athlete’s foot, ringworm, etc., or areas that are purulent.
3. While using this product, do not use other topical analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs.
4. Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks. (This product is for temporary pain relief. If symptoms such as pain persist, discontinue use and consult a physician).

**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use:
(1) Those undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Those who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(4) The elderly.
(5) Those diagnosed with bronchial asthma.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be side effects. Immediately discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching, swelling, stinging sensation, rash, blisters, bruising, skin discoloration
Digestive system: Stomach discomfort, epigastric pain
Other: Swelling (edema)
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after use, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and confusion of consciousness may appear.
3. After use, the following symptoms may appear. If such symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.
Diarrhea/loose stools
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.

**Other Precautions**
When bathing, the application site may sting. Be sure to remove the patch at least 30 minutes before bathing. Also, wait at least 30 minutes after bathing before applying a new patch.

**Indications and Effects**
Low back pain, shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders, joint pain, muscle pain, tenosynovitis (hand/wrist pain), elbow pain (e.g., tennis elbow), bruises, sprains

**Dosage and Administration**
Peel off the separator (film) on the surface and apply one patch to the affected area once a day.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) This product does not treat the underlying disease causing pain and swelling, but rather treats the symptoms themselves. Therefore, use it only on the area where symptoms are present.
(3) Do not use more than 4 patches per day.
(4) If you are sweating or the affected area is wet, wipe it thoroughly before applying the patch.
(5) If you have sensitive skin, before use, apply a small piece (1-2 cm square) to a sensitive area on the inside of your arm for at least half a day to ensure that no symptoms such as rash/redness, itching, or irritation occur.
(6) Be aware that using this product in combination with heating devices (e.g., kotatsu, heated carpets, heat packs, electric blankets) may intensify the stimulation.

**Ingredients**

Loxoprofen Sodium Hydrate… 8.1g (7.14g as anhydride)
Additives: Liquid Paraffin, Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene Block Copolymer, Hydrogenated Rosin Glycerin Ester, Polyisobutylene, Dibutylhydroxytoluene, Fragrance (Nonylvanillamide), and two other ingredients.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product).
(4) Do not use after the expiration date.
