**Product Description**
* Hiya Kodomo Bien-yaku AL is an allergy-specific rhinitis medication for children (ages 7 to 14).
* It is highly effective against severe allergy symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing caused by pollen, house dust, and other allergens.
* Taken twice daily (morning and evening), its effects last for 24 hours.
* This is a non-drowsy oral rhinitis medication.
* The small, round tablets are easy for children (ages 7 to 14) to swallow.
* It can be taken on an empty stomach.
* Contains the same active ingredient (Fexofenadine Hydrochloride) in the same dosage as prescription medications.
**Precautions for Use**
This product is for children, but the following are general precautions established for oral rhinitis medications.
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, side effects, or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Are a child under 7 years of age.
2. While taking this product, do not use any of the following medications:
Other allergy medications (including medications for skin diseases and oral rhinitis medications), oral medications containing antihistamines (such as cold remedies, antitussives and expectorants, motion sickness medications, hypnotics and sedatives), antacids (containing aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide), and erythromycin.
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this product, or if you do take it, avoid breastfeeding. (Transfer into breast milk has been observed in animal studies.)
**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product if you:
(1) Are currently under medical treatment.
(2) Are unsure if your symptoms are due to allergic rhinitis or other causes such as a common cold.
(3) Have been diagnosed with other allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma or atopic dermatitis.
(4) Have severe nasal congestion.
(5) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(6) Are elderly.
(7) Have ever had allergic reactions to medications.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Stop taking the product immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Swelling of the throat, eyelids, lips, etc., rash, itching, hives, skin redness
Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, indigestion
Psychoneurological: Numbness, headache, fatigue, malaise, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, nightmares, sleep disorders
Urological: Frequent urination, difficulty urinating
Other: Palpitations, taste abnormalities, edema, chest pain, difficulty breathing, increased blood pressure, menstrual irregularities
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the product, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and confusion may appear.
Liver dysfunction: Symptoms such as fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite may appear.
Agranulocytosis, leukopenia, neutropenia: Symptoms such as sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat may appear.
3. After taking this product, the following symptoms may occur. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness
**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following nasal allergy symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion.
**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.
Children ages 12 to 14
Single dose: 2 tablets
Frequency: Twice daily, morning and evening
Children ages 7 to 11
Single dose: 1 tablet
Frequency: Twice daily, morning and evening
Children under 7 years of age
Do not take.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) For seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms such as hay fever, it is effective to start taking the medication from the predicted start of the pollen season or as soon as symptoms appear.
(4) If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for 3-4 days, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller. Also, if symptoms improve but you continue to take the medication for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller.
(5) How to remove the tablets
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, then remove and take the tablet. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

Additives: Partially pregelatinized starch, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, anhydrous silicic acid, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, titanium dioxide, carnauba wax
**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not use this product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box).
