Rohto Shinryokusui B (category III drug)

**Product Description**
For when you are concerned about eye discharge in the morning or during the day.

When tear circulation is poor, accumulated waste products can become eye discharge, and inflammation is more likely to occur. Rohto Shinryokusui b is an eye drop that contains a double formulation of herbal anti-inflammatory ingredients (Berberine Chloride Hydrate and Sodium Azulene Sulfonate Hydrate). It effectively soothes inflammation and is effective for blurred vision and the prevention of eye diseases. It is recommended to apply the eye drops not only when you have eye discharge, but also before bedtime (at least 5 minutes before sleeping is recommended).
Provides a refreshing and comfortable sensation upon application.
The light green color of the solution is due to Berberine Chloride Hydrate and Sodium Azulene Sulfonate Hydrate.

**Precautions for Use**

(2) Individuals who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals with the following symptom:
Severe eye pain
(4) Individuals with the following diagnosis:
Glaucoma
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Immediately discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction manual.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction manual.
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use.

**Indications and Effects**
Blurred vision (such as when there is excessive eye discharge), eye fatigue, conjunctival hyperemia, itchy eyes, prevention of eye diseases (e.g., after swimming, or when dust or sweat enters the eyes), ophthalmia due to ultraviolet or other light rays (e.g., snow blindness), blepharitis (soreness of the eyelids), discomfort when wearing hard contact lenses.

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 3 drops, 5 to 6 times a day.
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes. [This may cause contamination or entry of foreign matter (eye discharge, dust, etc.).] Also, do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(3) Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses.
(4) Use only for instillation into the eye.

Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate…0.5%
Chlorpheniramine Maleate…0.03%
Additives: Boric Acid, Borax, l-Menthol, Eucalyptus Oil, Geraniol, Sodium Edetate, Polyoxyethylene Castor Oil, Polyoxyethylene Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polysorbate 80, BHT, pH adjuster.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave in places with high temperatures (40°C or higher), such as inside a car or near a heater. The active ingredients Berberine Chloride Hydrate and Sodium Azulene Sulfonate Hydrate may decompose and fade when exposed to light, so after use, close the cap tightly and store away from sunlight and fluorescent lights.
(2) When closing the cap, turn it until it clicks shut.
(3) Keep out of reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or a change in quality.)
(5) Do not share with others.
(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening.
(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, wipe gently with a clean gauze before use.
(8) Do not put anything else in the container.

*The light green color of this product is the combined color of the ingredients Berberine Chloride Hydrate and Sodium Azulene Sulfonate Hydrate. Be careful not to get it on clothing during application. If it gets on clothing, wash it off immediately.
