**Product Description**
For tired eyes due to age and dryness. For blurred vision (such as when there is a lot of eye discharge).

V Rohto Active Premium features a formula designed to support the recovery of visual function, focusing on the decline that occurs during eye fatigue. It is an eye drop that treats eye fatigue and blurred vision*1 caused by age and dryness.
It contains “Neostigmine Methylsulfate,” an ingredient that improves focus adjustment function, addressing the decline in visual function during asthenopia (severe eye strain).
It also contains the corneal protective ingredient “high-molecular-weight chondroitin (Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate).” It covers and protects the cornea, alleviating fatigue.
Additionally, it contains Vitamin A*2, which promotes the secretion of mucin (a component of tears), stabilizes tears, repairs the cornea, and improves eye fatigue.
Furthermore, the container is specially designed, featuring the “Raku-sashi Bottle” that allows for easy instillation from any angle without having to raise your arm too high, and the “Raku-ake Cap” that opens and closes with a simple click-turn.
Can be used with bare eyes and while wearing hard contact lenses, including O2 (oxygen permeable) lenses.
In consideration of the environment, a carrying pouch is not included.

**Precautions for Use**
**Consultation**
1. The following persons should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller before use.
(1) Persons undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Persons who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Persons with the following symptom:
Severe eye pain
(4) Persons with the following diagnosis:
Glaucoma
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction manual.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction manual.
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days of use.

**Indications or Effects**
Blurred vision (such as when there is a lot of eye discharge), eye fatigue, conjunctival hyperemia, itchy eyes, prevention of eye diseases (e.g., after swimming, when dust or sweat enters the eyes), blepharitis (soreness of the eyelids), ophthalmia due to ultraviolet or other light rays (e.g., snow blindness), discomfort while wearing hard contact lenses.

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 3 drops, 5 to 6 times a day.
(1) Excessive use may cause abnormal glare or lead to increased redness. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) If used by children, it should be administered under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes. [This may cause contamination or foreign matter (eye discharge, dust, etc.) to enter the product.] Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(4) Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses.
(5) Use only for instillation into the eye.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave in places with high temperatures (40°C or higher), such as inside a car or near a heater.
(2) When closing the cap, turn it until it clicks shut.
(3) Keep out of reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or a change in quality.)
(5) Do not share with others.
(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, use it as soon as possible after opening.
(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, wipe gently with a clean gauze before use.
(8) Do not put other substances into the container for use.
