**Product Description**
For constipation when you need immediate relief.

**Precautions for Use**
**Do not:**
Do not use on a continuous basis. (Frequent use may lead to reduced effectiveness (tolerance) and may cause reliance on the medication.)

**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who suspect they may be pregnant. (Use is not recommended due to the risk of miscarriage or premature birth.)
(3) The elderly.
(4) Individuals with the following symptoms:
Severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or hemorrhoidal bleeding.
(5) Individuals diagnosed with the following condition:
Heart disease.
2. If there is no bowel movement after 2-3 uses, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this document with you.

**Other Precautions**
The following symptoms may occur:
Dizziness, a sensation of heat in the anal area, discomfort.

**Indications**
Constipation

**Dosage and Administration**
For ages 12 and older: Inject the contents of one container (30g) into the rectum.
If this is not effective, administer another dose of the same amount.
(For the second dose, it is more effective to wait for 1 hour after the first.)
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) After administration, retain the enema until a strong urge to defecate occurs. (Attempting to have a bowel movement immediately after use may result in expelling only the medication, rendering it ineffective.)
(3) Do not administer to children under 12 years of age.
(4) Do not force insertion, as this may injure the rectal mucosa.
(5) During winter, the container may be warmed in warm water (approx. 40°C) to near body temperature for more comfortable use.
(6) For rectal use only. (Do not ingest.)

Glycerin (JP)… 15.00g
Additives: Benzalkonium Chloride
Solvent: Purified Water

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may lead to misuse or affect product quality.)
(4) Do not use this product after the expiration date.
