**Product Description**
Alesifence: Ophthalmic Solution for Allergies
Protects your eyes from all-season allergies.

Alesifence is an ophthalmic medicine suitable for relieving all-season allergy symptoms, including those during pollen season.

● It contains the anti-allergic ingredient “Ashitazanolast Hydrate,” which alleviates symptoms by suppressing the release of chemical mediators that cause allergic reactions.
● Does not contain benzalkonium chloride as a preservative.
● Comes in two small 5mL bottles, making it convenient to carry and hygienic.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of adverse reactions.)
1. Do not use this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Are a child under 7 years of age.

**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
(1) Are currently under medical treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Are breastfeeding.
(4) Have ever had an allergic reaction to any medication.
(5) Are undergoing treatment for allergies, such as desensitization therapy.
(6) Have the following symptom:
Severe eye pain
(7) Are unsure if your symptoms are caused by an allergy or other factors.
In the following cases, it may not be possible to determine if the symptoms are due to an allergy. Consult a doctor before use:
・Symptoms are present in only one eye.
・You have eye symptoms but no nasal symptoms.
・Your vision is also affected.
・You have excessive eye discharge.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching*, swelling*, irritation*, pain*, watery eyes
*Including the area around the eyes
3. Discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert in the following cases:
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after about one week of use.
4. If you continue to use this product for more than 2 weeks even after symptoms have improved, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following allergic eye symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: itchy eyes, red eyes, blurred vision (due to excessive eye discharge, etc.), watery eyes, foreign body sensation (gritty feeling).

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 2 drops into each eye, 4 times a day (morning, noon, evening, and before bedtime).
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When used by children, it should be administered under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Wipe away any excess solution that overflows from the eye immediately.
(4) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes (this may cause contamination or cloudiness of the solution due to eye discharge, germs, etc.). Do not use the product if it becomes cloudy.
(5) Do not use as a contact lens wetting solution. Do not use while wearing contact lenses.
(6) Use only for instilling in the eyes.
(7) For seasonal allergic eye symptoms caused by pollen, etc., it is effective to start using this product early in the season, as soon as symptoms appear, while they are still mild.

**Ingredients**
Per 1mL
Ashitazanolast Hydrate…1.08mg (equivalent to 1.0mg of Ashitazanolast)
Additives: Monoethanolamine, Epsilon-Aminocaproic Acid, Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate, Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate, Chlorobutanol, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, and a pH adjuster.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not leave in places where temperatures may become high (40°C or above), such as inside a car or near a heater. Avoid storage at excessively low temperatures.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box and label). Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening to maintain quality.
