This product contains astaxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin. Astaxanthin, which has an antioxidant effect, has been reported to help protect the skin from UV stimulation, protect skin exposed to UV rays from dryness, and maintain skin moisture. Lutein and zeaxanthin have been reported to increase macular pigment density in the eyes, thereby protecting them from the stimulation of blue light and improving contrast sensitivity (the ability to see clearly by reducing blurriness).

**Directions for Use**
Take one capsule per day with water or lukewarm water, without chewing.
