**Product Description**

● Magnesium oxide draws moisture into the stool, moderately softening hard stool and thereby supporting natural-like bowel movements.
● Lactic acid bacteria, which are highly compatible with the human intestine, regulate the disturbed intestinal environment to relieve constipation.
● It can be used by a wide range of ages, from children 5 years and older to the elderly.

● Constipation

● Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: rough skin, pimples, heavy head feeling, hot flashes, loss of appetite (anorexia), hemorrhoids, abnormal intestinal fermentation, abdominal bloating.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose once daily before bedtime (or on an empty stomach) with water or lukewarm water.
However, for the first dose, start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the dose while monitoring your bowel condition.

Single dose: 3 to 6 tablets
Doses per day: Once

● 11 to 14 years
Single dose: 2 to 4 tablets

● 7 to 10 years
Single dose: 2 to 3 tablets

● Under 5 years of age
Do not take.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly sealed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Discard the filling inside the bottle after opening the cap. (This filling is to prevent tablet breakage during transport. Putting it back in and out of the bottle may cause it to absorb moisture and affect the product quality or lead to foreign object contamination.)
(5) A desiccant is included in the bottle. Do not ingest.
(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use within 6 months of opening. (For quality assurance.)
