**Indications and Effects**
1. For vitamin C supplementation in the following cases:
Physical fatigue, pregnancy/lactation, reduced physical strength during or after illness, old age.
2. Alleviation of the following symptoms:
Spots, freckles, pigmentation due to sunburn or rash.
3. Prevention of bleeding in the following cases:
Bleeding from the gums, nosebleeds.

**Dosage and Administration**
Chew or dissolve the following amount in your mouth.

●Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 2-4 tablets
Doses per day: 3 times

●7 to under 15 years of age
Single dose: 1-2 tablets
Doses per day: 3 times

●3 to under 7 years of age
Single dose: 1 tablet
Doses per day: 3 times

●Under 3 years of age
Do not take.
●Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.

●When administering to young children 3 years of age or older, be careful to ensure the medication does not get stuck in their throat.

Calcium Pantothenate… 30 mg
Additives: Hydrated silicon dioxide, calcium lactate hydrate, powdered hydrogenated maltose starch syrup, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sucralose, magnesium stearate, light anhydrous silicic acid, fragrance, tocopherol.
●Taking this product may cause urine to turn yellow. This is due to the absorption and utilization of vitamin B2 contained in this product, part of which is excreted in the urine, and is not a cause for concern.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
