**Dosage and Administration**
Typically, adults should take 2 tablets once a day at bedtime or several hours before an expected bowel movement, with water or lukewarm water, without chewing.

Single dose: 2 tablets
Frequency: Once a day
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) Take on an empty stomach if possible.
(3) Avoid taking within one hour of consuming antacids or milk. (This product may dissolve in the stomach due to antacids or milk, which can prevent it from achieving the expected effect).

(5) How to remove tablets from the package:
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa).
