Damarin Grande X Cream (category II drug, special)

**Product Description**
For itchy athlete’s foot and ringworm, apply once daily.
*Contains Terbinafine Hydrochloride*

Damarin Grande X contains five active ingredients: “Terbinafine Hydrochloride” to kill the Trichophyton fungus, “Isopropyl Methylphenol” to sterilize and disinfect the affected area, “Lidocaine” to relieve itching and pain, “Glycyrrhetinic Acid” to reduce inflammation, and “l-Menthol” for a cooling sensation. A once-daily application improves athlete’s foot and ringworm accompanied by itching and pain.
This smooth, non-greasy cream is recommended for oozing affected areas.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of adverse reactions.)
1. Do not use this product if you:
Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
2. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Eyes or around the eyes, mucous membranes (e.g., oral cavity, nasal cavity, vagina, etc.), scrotum, vulva, etc.
(2) Eczema.
(3) Severely moist, ulcerated, cracked, or injured areas.

**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you:
(1) Are currently under medical treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Are an infant.
(4) Have ever had allergic reactions to medications.
(5) The affected area is on the face or is widespread.
(6) The affected area is purulent.
(7) Are unsure if the condition is eczema or athlete’s foot, jock itch, or ringworm. (Symptoms such as itching or sores on the scrotum are often caused by other conditions like eczema).
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet:
Skin: Rash, irritation, sensation of heat, scaling/peeling (flaking of skin like dandruff or grime), sores, dryness/tightness, skin cracking, pain, hyperpigmentation, eruption/redness, itching, swelling, hives*.
*May also appear systemically.
3. If symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use, or if symptoms worsen with the use of this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
Athlete’s foot, jock itch, ringworm.

**Dosage and Administration**
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once a day.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) Do not use on the affected area or surrounding skin if it is dirty.
(3) Be careful not to get this product in your eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water and seek immediate medical attention from an ophthalmologist.
(4) When used by children, it must be under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(5) For external use only.
(6) Do not touch eyes or mucous membranes with hands that have applied this product.

Additives: Stearyl Alcohol, Octyldodecyl Myristate, Hard Fat, Polyoxyl Stearate, Dimethylpolysiloxane, Carboxyvinyl Polymer, Sodium Edetate.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product).
(4) Do not use after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening to maintain quality.
