Flucort f (category II drug, special)

**Product Description**
A therapeutic agent for eczema and dermatitis.

This is an ointment formulated with fluocinolone acetonide, which has excellent anti-inflammatory effects, and the antibiotic fradiomycin sulfate.
Fluocinolone acetonide suppresses the inflammation of painful eczema and dermatitis, while fradiomycin sulfate suppresses bacterial infections (suppuration).

● The steroid ingredient in the Cort f and Flucort f series is classified as: Strong.

**Precautions for Use**
● **Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects.)
1. Do not use this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product.
(2) Have ever had an allergic reaction to antibiotics or corticosteroids.
2. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Affected areas with chickenpox, athlete’s foot, ringworm, etc.
(2) Severely moist or ulcerated affected areas.
(3) Eyes or around the eyes.
3. Do not use over a large area of the face.
4. Do not use as a cosmetic base or after shaving.
5. Do not use for a long period of time.

● **Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Individuals who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals who will apply the product to the face, lips, or other mucous membranes.
(4) Individuals with a large affected area.
(5) Individuals with deep wounds or severe burns.
(6) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(7) The elderly.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this package insert.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching, sores
Skin (affected area): Tinea infections such as athlete’s foot or ringworm, acne, suppurative symptoms, persistent irritation, skin whitening.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this package insert.

**Indications and Effects**
The following conditions accompanied by suppuration: eczema, dermatitis, heat rash, contact dermatitis, chilblains, insect bites, hives.
Suppurative skin diseases (impetigo, furuncle, folliculitis).

**Dosage and Administration**
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to several times a day.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When used on children, it must be administered under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) When using on the diaper area, avoid using tight-fitting diapers or occlusive pants made of vinyl or other materials.
(4) Avoid contact with latex rubber products.
(5) Be careful not to get it in your eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water.
(6) If symptoms are severe, seek consultation with an ophthalmologist.

Fradiomycin Sulfate (antibiotic)…3.5mg (potency)
Additives: Paraben, Polyethylene Glycol Laurate, Propylene Glycol, White Beeswax, Petrolatum

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly sealed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality.)
(4) Do not use after the expiration date.
