**Product Description**
This is a gastrointestinal medicine containing an M1 blocker that suppresses excess stomach acid and protects the stomach, for severe stomach pain and heartburn caused by issues such as acid reflux.

● Heartburn is caused by the backflow of stomach acid due to factors such as overeating. Stomach pain occurs when excess stomach acid, often produced due to stress, irritates the stomach lining.
● Gastol Fine Granules contain a fast-acting antacid (sodium bicarbonate) and a long-lasting antacid (magnesium aluminometasilicate) that effectively neutralize excess stomach acid. The M1 blocker (pirenzepine hydrochloride hydrate) suppresses excess acid secretion at its source, relieving heartburn and stomach pain while also protecting the damaged gastric mucosa. Additionally, a digestive enzyme helps to ease the stomach’s burden after meals.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents.)
1. The following persons should not take this product:
(1) Persons who have had allergic reactions to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Pregnant or possibly pregnant women.
(3) Persons undergoing dialysis therapy.
2. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Gastrointestinal analgesics/antispasmodics, motion sickness medication
3. After taking this product, do not operate vehicles or machinery.
(Symptoms such as blurred vision or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur.)
4. Do not use for a long period of time.

**Consultation**
1. The following persons should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Persons undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Breastfeeding women.
(3) The elderly.
(4) Persons who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(5) Persons with the following symptom: Difficulty urinating.
(6) Persons with the following diagnoses: Glaucoma, kidney disease.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Immediately stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Digestive system: Nausea, stomach bloating
Cardiovascular system: Palpitations
Urinary system: Difficulty urinating
Other: Blurred vision
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Anaphylactoid reaction: Symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, and difficulty breathing appear soon after taking the product.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc., appear.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about 2 weeks, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
● Stomach pain, heartburn, hyperacidity, feeling of fullness in the chest, belching

● Upset stomach, heavy stomach, stomach discomfort, abdominal bloating

● Nausea (including queasiness, stomach queasiness, nausea from hangover/over-drinking, feeling of sickness), vomiting, over-drinking

● Overeating, indigestion, stomach/abdominal bloating due to indigestion, promotion of digestion, loss of appetite

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose 3 times a day after each meal with water or lukewarm water.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 1 sachet

● Under 15 years of age
Do not take.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not take this product after the expiration date.
