**Precautions for Use**
(1) Not for use by children under 15 years of age.
(2) Do not use if you have a swallowing disorder (difficulty swallowing food or drinks), as there is a risk of the cleansing solution entering the bronchi or lungs.
(3) If you are under the care of an ENT specialist, consult your doctor before use.
(4) Do not blow your nose forcefully after cleansing.
(5) Use only for nasal cleansing. Do not use in the eyes or ears.
(6) Do not use in cases of severe nasal inflammation or severe nasal congestion.
(7) Be careful not to get the solution in your eyes. In the event it enters your eyes, do not rub. Immediately rinse with running water. If any abnormality persists, bring the product package and consult a physician.
(8) If you swallow the cleansing solution and an abnormality persists, if the solution enters the inner ear and does not drain for more than a day, or if any abnormality occurs during use, bring the product package and consult a physician.

**Efficacy or Effects**

**Directions and Dosage**
1. Fill the device with the solution
Fill the device with the cleansing solution up to the measurement line (20 mL for both nostrils) and attach the nozzle.

2. Dispense the solution into your nose
Hold the cleansing device so that the character “うえ” (up) on the nozzle is readable, and fit the nozzle into your nostril.
Face forward and press the center of the device to dispense the cleansing solution into your nose.

3. Expel the cleansing solution
Spit out the cleansing solution that has flowed into your mouth.
*The cleansing solution may come out not only from the mouth but also from the nostrils.
*Expelling the solution through the nose is also effective for cleansing.
*To prevent leakage, do not squeeze the device too forcefully when dispensing the solution.

4. Use up the entire solution
Alternate between the left and right nostrils until the entire 20 mL of solution is used.

● Use 1 to 3 times a day as a guideline.
(1) Do not use while looking up. Also, do not blow your nose forcefully after cleansing, as there is a risk of the solution entering the inner ear and causing otitis media.
(2) Allow the solution to flow in naturally; do not inhale it through your nose, as there is a risk of the solution entering the bronchi or lungs.
(3) The cleansing solution will drip from your nose and mouth, so it is recommended to use this product over a sink.
(4) Dispensing the solution too forcefully or inhaling it strongly through the nose may cause pain.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Keep out of reach of children.
(2) Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity. Store tightly sealed in a cool, dark place.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or a change in quality).
(4) Do not use the cleansing solution after the expiration date.
