**Product Description**
This product is a 100% pure powder made from whole kale that has been dried and finely milled.
Kale has a mild aroma and flavor, making for a pleasant-tasting green juice. Use it to supplement your green vegetable intake and help maintain your health.

**Directions for Use**
Take 1 to 2 packs daily at any time of day.

First, empty 1 pack of kale powder into a shaker or glass. *Ensure the entire contents of the pack are emptied.
Add 100 mL of water, soy milk, milk, or other beverage.
In a shaker: Shake well as the powder is very fine. *Do not use with boiling water.
In a glass: Stir quickly to prevent clumping. *Adding ice will enhance the flavor.

It can also be enjoyed hot by heating in the microwave.
500W for 30 seconds / 700W for 20 seconds
*Overheating may cause separation, but this does not affect the quality of the product.

*Tips for a Better Taste*
For a smoother mix, first put the powder in a glass, then add water or milk. Allow the powder to settle before stirring quickly.
