**Product Description**
● A medication for treating painful leg cramps (muscle spasms) and calf cramps.
● The Kampo formula “Shakuyaku-kanzo-to” effectively relieves muscle pain and stiffness.
● Recommended for leg cramps that occur during sleep, while walking, or at other times.
● This is a full-dose formulation containing the maximum amount of extract derived from 12g of Shakuyaku-kanzo-to as listed in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.

**Precautions for Use**
● **Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects)
1. Do not take this product if you have been diagnosed with: heart disease.
2. Take only when symptoms are present and do not use continuously.

● **Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) The elderly.
(4) Individuals with the following symptom: edema.
(5) Individuals diagnosed with: high blood pressure, kidney disease.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Immediately stop taking this product and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box. In rare cases, the serious symptoms listed below may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., which appear suddenly or persist when climbing stairs or with slight overexertion.
Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy: Weakness, muscle pain, which gradually intensify, in addition to listlessness, numbness, and a feeling of tightness or stiffness in the limbs.
Congestive heart failure, ventricular tachycardia: General malaise, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, etc.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking this product and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box.

**Indications and Effects**
For the following conditions, regardless of physical strength, characterized by pain associated with sudden muscle spasms: calf cramps, muscle spasms, abdominal pain, lower back pain.

**Dosage and Administration**
Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets per dose. Children 7 to under 15 years: 2 tablets per dose. Take three times a day before or between meals with water or lukewarm water. (Do not give to children under 7 years of age).
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

● “Between meals” refers to the period between meals, approximately 2-3 hours after eating.

(Extracted from 6.0g each of Peony Root and Glycyrrhiza)
Additives: Carmellose Calcium (CMC-Ca), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Talc, Cellulose
● As this product uses natural ingredients (crude drugs), the color of the tablets may vary slightly.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (it may cause misuse or affect the quality).
(4) Do not handle this product with wet hands.
(5) If you take a partial dose from a packet, fold the opening of the packet twice or more to store the remainder. Any remaining medication should be taken on the same day or discarded.
