**Product Description**
A strawberry-flavored fine granule cold medicine for children.

Pabron Kids Cold Fine Granules is designed for ease of administration. Its child-friendly strawberry flavor helps ensure that children take the full dose without refusal.
Suitable for children from 1 year of age.
It is formulated without caffeine or dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride, which can interfere with a child’s sleep.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had an asthma attack after taking this product, other cold medicines, or antipyretic analgesics.
2. While taking this product, do not use any of the following medications:
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussive expectorants, or oral medications containing antihistamines (such as oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.).
3. After taking this product, do not operate vehicles or machinery (drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this product.
5. Do not use for a prolonged period.

**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Individuals under the care of a doctor or dentist.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Individuals who have ever had allergic reactions to medications.
(4) Individuals with the following symptoms:
High fever, difficulty urinating
(5) Individuals with the following diagnoses:
Heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, stomach/duodenal ulcer, glaucoma
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Immediately stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet:
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite
Psycho-neurological system: Dizziness
Urinary system: Difficulty urinating
Other: Excessive drop in body temperature
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking, symptoms such as itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and confusion of consciousness may appear.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP): High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, and loss of appetite may persist or worsen rapidly.
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, generalized rash, fever, malaise, and swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.) may appear.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite may appear.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (pain in the joints), and diarrhea may appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or with slight exertion, dry cough, and fever may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Wheezing or whistling sounds when breathing, and difficulty breathing may occur.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in the urine may appear.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat may appear.
3. After taking this product, the following symptoms may appear. If such symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet:
Dry mouth, drowsiness
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking 5-6 doses, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
Alleviation of various cold symptoms: fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, sneezing, phlegm, nasal congestion, chills (due to fever), headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water, preferably within 30 minutes after a meal.

Ages 7 to under 11
Single dose: 1 sachet
Doses per day: 3 times

Ages 3 to under 7
Single dose: 2/3 sachet
Doses per day: 3 times

Ages 1 to under 3
Single dose: 1/2 sachet
Doses per day: 3 times

Under 1 year of age
Do not take.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) For infants under 2 years of age, prioritize seeing a doctor and administer this product only when unavoidable.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) If you take a partial dose from a sachet, fold the opening of the sachet to store the remainder and use it within 2 days.
(5) Do not use this product after the expiration date.
