Preza Ace Injection Ointment T (category II drug, special)

**Product Description**
For severe pain and sudden bleeding from hemorrhoids. Also for swelling and itching.
Can be used as an injection or topical application depending on the symptoms.

● Preza Ace Injection Ointment T offers two application methods: injection for internal hemorrhoids (deep inside the anus) and topical application for external hemorrhoids. It allows for hygienic injection without direct contact with the affected area or the medication.
● Provides a soothing, cool sensation upon application.

**Precautions for Use**
● **Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of adverse reactions)
1. Do not use this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product, its ingredients, or chlorhexidine.
(2) Have a purulent (pus-forming) affected area.
2. Do not use for an extended period.

● **Consultation**
1. Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
(1) Are currently under medical treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Have ever had allergic reactions to medications.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching, swelling
Other: Irritation, purulence
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after use, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and confusion may appear.
3. If symptoms do not improve after about 10 days of use, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
● When used as an injection:
Relief of pain, bleeding, swelling, and itching associated with anal fissures and hemorrhoids.

● When used as a topical application:
Relief of pain, bleeding, swelling, and itching, and disinfection of anal fissures and hemorrhoids.

**Dosage and Administration**
*For Injection*
Insert the tip of the container into the anus and inject the entire contents.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 1 container
Frequency: 1 to 3 times a day

● Under 15 years of age
Do not use.

1. Remove the cap and squeeze out a small amount of ointment to lubricate the tip.
2. Insert the tip of the container into the anus, squeeze the container to inject the medication. (Withdraw the container while still squeezing it).

*For Topical Application*
Apply the following amount to the anal area. Note: Do not use a container for injection if it has already been used for topical application.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: An appropriate amount
Frequency: 1 to 3 times a day

● Under 15 years of age
Do not use.

Remove the cap and apply the ointment directly or spread it on gauze and apply to the affected area.

*If the ointment is hard and difficult to squeeze out, warm it in your hand to soften it.
*As this is an injection-type container, a small amount of medication will remain inside, but the container is filled to account for this residual amount.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) Do not allow children to use this product.
(3) For anal use only.
(4) When injecting into the anus, insert only the tip of the container.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product).
(4) Do not use after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening (to maintain quality).
(5) Do not flush used containers down the toilet.
