Pylon PL Granules Pro is a non-pyrine cold medicine that, through the action of its four active ingredients—the antipyretic analgesics salicylamide and acetaminophen, the antihistamine promethazine methylenedisalicylate, and anhydrous caffeine, which helps to relieve pain—demonstrates excellent efficacy against various cold symptoms such as sore throat, fever, and runny nose.

**Precautions for Use**
**Do not**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, or an increased risk of side effects or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had an asthma attack after taking this product, other cold medicines, or antipyretic analgesics.
(3) Have been diagnosed with the following conditions: difficulty urinating, gastric/duodenal ulcer, glaucoma.
(4) Are a child under 15 years of age.
2. While taking this product, do not use any of the following medications:
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussive expectorants, or oral medications containing antihistamines (such as oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness medication, allergy medication, etc.).
3. After taking this product, do not operate vehicles or machinery (drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
5. Do not use for a long period of time.

Skin: Rash/redness, itching, edema
Blood: Skin and mucous membranes turn a dark purple color, anemia
Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, heartburn, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding
Neuropsychiatric system: Dizziness, fatigue, headache, tinnitus, hearing loss, visual impairment, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, convulsions, mild confusion, excitement, hallucinations, delusions
Respiratory system: Cough, shortness of breath
Cardiovascular system: High blood pressure, low blood pressure, tachycardia
Urinary system: Difficulty urinating, urinary retention
Other: Excessive drop in body temperature, sweating, tremors, rhinitis symptoms, conjunctivitis
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.
Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, shortness of breath, palpitations, and confusion may appear.
Mucocutaneous-ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, red eyes, eye discharge, sores on lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, and loss of appetite persist or worsen rapidly.
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread skin redness, systemic rash, fever, general malaise, and swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.) may appear.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, and blood in urine may appear.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat may appear.
Thrombocytopenia: A decrease in the number of platelets, a component of the blood, may cause bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds, bleeding from the gums, and bruising.
Asthma: Wheezing or whistling sound when breathing, shortness of breath may appear.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath when climbing stairs or with slight exertion, difficulty breathing, dry cough, and fever may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite may appear.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (aching joints), and diarrhea may appear.
Rhabdomyolysis: Pain in muscles of the limbs, shoulders, and lower back, numbness in limbs, weakness, stiffness, general malaise, and reddish-brown urine may appear.
Glaucoma attack: Sudden eye redness, eye pain, blurred vision, headache, and nausea may appear.
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this product. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

4. If symptoms do not improve after taking 5-6 doses, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of various cold symptoms: sore throat, fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, chills (due to fever), headache, joint pain, muscle pain.

**Dosage and Administration**
Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 packet 4 times a day, after each meal and at bedtime. Doses should be taken at intervals of at least 4 hours.

Doses per day: 4 times

● Under 15 years of age
Do not take.
