**Product Description**
Non-stinging eye drops for allergies, for those with severe eye itchiness.

“Rohto Alguard Clear Mild EXa” is an ophthalmic medicine effective for severe eye itchiness caused by allergies.
Formulated with an allergy suppressant*1, an anti-itch ingredient*2, an anti-inflammatory ingredient*3, and an ingredient to protect the cornea from damage caused by external stimuli*4.
For those with persistent allergy symptoms, such as hay fever, accompanied by inflammation. Recommended for individuals who have used conventional over-the-counter allergy eye drops for about 2 days without sufficient effect.
Provides a gentle, non-stinging sensation upon application.

**Precautions for Use**
***Contraindications***
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, side effects, or accidents.)
1. The following persons should not use this product:
(1) Children under 7 years of age
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant
(3) Breastfeeding women
2. When using in combination with a nasal spray, do not operate vehicles or machinery (drowsiness may occur).

***Consultation***
1. The following persons should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use:
(1) Persons undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Persons who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Persons undergoing allergy treatment, such as desensitization therapy.
(4) Persons with the following symptom: severe eye pain.
(5) Persons with the following diagnosis: glaucoma.
(6) Persons who are unsure if their symptoms are due to allergies or other causes.
In the following cases, in particular, it cannot be determined that the symptoms are due to allergies, so please consult a doctor before use:
・If symptoms are present in only one eye.
・If symptoms are limited to the eyes and not present in the nose.
・If vision is also affected.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Immediately stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling (including around the eyes), irritation, foreign body sensation, watery eyes, eye discharge, pain
Other: Shortness of breath
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Anaphylactoid reaction: Immediately after use, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, and shortness of breath may appear.
3. In the following cases, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet:
(1) If symptoms worsen.
(2) If blurred vision does not improve (glaucoma may be a possibility).
(3) If symptoms do not improve after 2 days of use.
4. Even if symptoms improve, if you intend to use the product for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following allergic eye symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: eye redness, itchy eyes, blurred vision (when there is a lot of eye discharge, etc.), watery eyes, foreign body sensation (gritty feeling).

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 2 drops, 4 times a day.
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes. (This may cause contamination or entry of foreign matter, such as eye discharge or dust.) Also, do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(3) Do not use while wearing contact lenses. (Remove lenses before instilling.)
(4) Use only for instillation into the eye.
(5) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.

Chlorpheniramine Maleate…0.015%
Pranoprofen…0.05%
Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate…0.2%
Additives: Boric Acid, Borax, BHT, Polysorbate 80, Polyhexanide Hydrochloride, pH adjuster.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave in high-temperature locations (40°C or above), such as inside a car or near a heater.
(2) When closing the cap, turn it until it clicks shut.
(3) Keep out of reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or a change in quality.)
(5) Do not share with others.
(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, after opening, use within 2 months in accordance with the storage and handling precautions.
(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, gently wipe with a clean gauze before use.
(8) Do not put other substances into the container for use.
