**Product Description**

It is said that we obtain most of our information through our eyes. In modern society with its advanced information technology, environments that cause eye strain are increasing. In such conditions, the eye’s focus adjustment function declines, making it easier to experience eye fatigue (asthenopia), which can feel like a heavy, dull sensation deep inside the eyes.
Sante Medical 12 contains a well-balanced blend of 12 carefully selected active ingredients. This includes four ingredients, centered around Vitamin B12 and Neostigmine Methylsulfate which are effective for relieving eye fatigue, formulated at the maximum concentration* permitted by approval standards. These are eye drops for relieving eye fatigue that work on the ciliary muscles and parasympathetic nerves to improve a weakened focus adjustment function, while also moisturizing dry eyes and supplying nutrients to promote tissue metabolism. It supports a healthy eye lifestyle for everyone living in our modern society where eye strain is common.

*Formulated at the maximum concentration permitted by the manufacturing and marketing approval standards for general-use ophthalmic drugs (Approval standards are a range of pharmaceuticals established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to streamline the approval process): Vitamin B12, Neostigmine Methylsulfate, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, Chlorpheniramine Maleate.

**Precautions for Use**

1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use.

(2) Individuals who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medications or other substances.

Severe eye pain
(4) Individuals with the following diagnosis:
Glaucoma
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Hyperemia, itching, swelling, stinging pain
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use.

**Indications and Effects**
Eye fatigue, conjunctival hyperemia, blurred vision (e.g., when there is a lot of eye discharge), itchy eyes, prevention of eye diseases (e.g., after swimming, or when dust or sweat enters the eyes), blepharitis (soreness of the eyelids), ophthalmia due to ultraviolet or other light rays (e.g., snow blindness), and discomfort when wearing hard contact lenses.

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 3 drops, 5 to 6 times a day.
(1) Excessive use may cause abnormal glare or lead to increased hyperemia.
(2) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eyes, eyelids, or eyelashes (this may cause contamination or cloudiness of the solution due to eye discharge or germs). Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(4) Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses.
(5) Use only for instillation into the eye.

Additives: Sodium Edetate Hydrate, Chlorobutanol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Benzalkonium Chloride, Boric Acid, d-Borneol, l-Menthol, isotonizing agent, and pH adjuster.
After instillation, a sweet taste may sometimes be experienced in the mouth. This is due to one of the ingredients, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate, flowing into the mouth through the tear ducts and does not indicate any abnormality in quality.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain product quality, do not leave it in places with high temperatures, such as inside a car or near a heater. Do not use products that have been left in high-temperature locations, as the container may become deformed, causing the solution to leak or its quality to deteriorate.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or a change in quality.)
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use it as soon as possible after opening.
(6) Depending on storage conditions, red crystals of the ingredients may form around the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, wipe them off gently with a clean gauze before use.
(7) The red color of this product is due to Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). If the solution spills and stains clothing during instillation, wash it off with water immediately.
