**Product Description**

As we age, the eye’s ability to focus declines, and tear secretion decreases, leading to drier eyes. The functions of the eye gradually deteriorate. In such a state, overstraining the eyes increases the chances of experiencing eye problems like eye fatigue and blurred vision.
Sante Medical Active is a well-balanced formulation of nine carefully selected active ingredients. It contains five ingredients—including Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate), which promotes the secretion of tear components (mucin) and stabilizes tears, and Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, which protects and moisturizes the eye surface—at the maximum concentration allowed within the approval standards*2. It is an eye drop effective for eye fatigue and blurred vision*1 caused by age-related decline in eye function. It helps maintain healthy eyes for those leading an active lifestyle.

**Precautions for Use**
●Consultation
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller before use.
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Individuals who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals with the following symptom:
Severe eye pain
(4) Individuals with the following diagnosis:
Glaucoma
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Immediately discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use.

**Indications and Effects**
Blurred vision (when there is a lot of eye discharge, etc.), eye fatigue, conjunctival hyperemia, itchy eyes, prevention of eye diseases (after swimming, when dust or sweat enters the eyes, etc.), blepharitis (soreness of the eyelids), ophthalmia due to ultraviolet or other light rays (e.g., snow blindness), discomfort when wearing hard contact lenses.

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 3 drops, 5 to 6 times a day.
(1) Excessive use may cause abnormal glare or lead to increased redness.
(2) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eyes, eyelids, or eyelashes (this may cause contamination or cloudiness of the solution due to eye discharge or germs). Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(4) Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses.
(5) Use only for instillation into the eye.

Additives: Sodium Edetate Hydrate, Dextran, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Benzalkonium Chloride Solution, Boric Acid, Polyoxyethylene Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polysorbate 80, BHT, d-Borneol, l-Menthol, Isotonic Agent, and pH Adjuster.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain product quality, do not leave it in high-temperature locations such as inside a car or near a heater. If the product has been left in a high-temperature location, do not use it, as the container may become deformed, causing the solution to leak or its quality to deteriorate.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use it as soon as possible after opening.
(6) Depending on storage conditions, white crystals of the ingredients may form around the tip of the container or on the inside of the cap. In such cases, gently wipe with a clean gauze before use.
