**Indications and Effects**
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: heavy head, hot flashes, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite (anorexia), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose according to age.

● Ages 15 and over
Single dose: 1/2 to 1 sachet

● Ages 11 to under 15
Single dose: 1/3 to 2/3 sachet

● Under 11 years of age
Do not take.

Take the above dose once daily before bedtime or on an empty stomach. However, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount while monitoring your bowel movements and condition.
When taking this product, please observe the following:
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
