**Product Description**

These eye drops are designed to relieve eye fatigue and discomfort for contact lens wearers.
With the widespread use of digital devices such as computers and smartphones, people today spend more time focusing on objects at close distances.
Soft Santear Hitomi Stretch is formulated with the maximum concentration*2 of two ingredients, Neostigmine Methylsulfate and Vitamin B12, which relieve stiffness in the focus-adjusting muscles*1, a major cause of eye fatigue.
It also contains the maximum concentration*2 of Vitamin B6 to promote tissue metabolism.
As it is preservative-free*3, it can be used while wearing all types of contact lenses*4 [soft, O2, hard, disposable].
It provides a gentle, moisturizing sensation for your eyes.

*2 Formulated with the maximum concentration allowed under the standards for manufacturing and marketing approval of non-prescription ophthalmic drugs. (Approval standards are a range of pharmaceuticals established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to streamline the approval process.)

**Precautions for Use**
**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals with the following symptom: severe eye pain.
(4) Individuals with the following diagnosis: glaucoma.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document:
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use.

**Indications and Effects**
Eye fatigue, discomfort while wearing soft or hard contact lenses, prevention of eye diseases (e.g., after swimming, or when dust or sweat enters the eyes), blurred vision (e.g., when there is a lot of eye discharge).

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 3 drops, 5 to 6 times a day.
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes (this may cause contamination or cloudiness of the solution due to eye discharge or germs). Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(3) Use only for instillation into the eye.
(4) Do not use while wearing colored contact lenses.
**How to open the bottle**
To open, twist the cap until it stops. This will puncture the tip of the nozzle.

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)…0.02%
Neostigmine Methylsulfate…0.005%
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)…0.1%
Additives: Sodium Edetate Hydrate, Boric Acid, Povidone, Isotonic Agent, pH Adjuster

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Do not twist the cap to open the bottle until you are ready to use it.
(2) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain product quality, do not leave it in places with high temperatures, such as inside a car or near a heater. Do not use the product if it has been left in a high-temperature environment, as the container may become deformed, causing the solution to leak or its quality to deteriorate.
(3) Keep out of reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect product quality.)
(5) Do not share with others.
(6) Do not use after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, use within approximately one month after opening.
(7) Depending on storage conditions, red crystals of the ingredients may form around the tip of the container or on the inside of the cap. In such cases, wipe gently with a clean gauze before use.
(8) The red color of this product is due to Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). If the solution spills and stains clothing during application, wash immediately with water.
