**Product Description**
Kampo formulation for stomach pain, heaviness, and gastritis.

● This is the tablet form of Taisho Ichoyaku K.
● Taisho Ichoyaku K is a gastrointestinal medicine formulated with Shakuyaku-kanzo-to extract powder and Anchusan.
● Taisho Ichoyaku K , which combines these two formulations, is effective in improving various gastrointestinal symptoms, including stomach pain, stomach heaviness, and gastritis.

**Precautions for Use**
● Consultation
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) The elderly.
(3) Individuals with the following symptom: edema.
(4) Individuals with the following diagnoses: hypertension, kidney disease, heart disease.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, there is a possibility of adverse reactions. Immediately discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
※In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc., may occur.
Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy: Listlessness, numbness, tightness and stiffness in the limbs, in addition to weakness and muscle pain, which gradually worsen.
3. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about one month, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.
4. For long-term continuous use, consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.

**Indications and Effects**
Stomachache, stomach heaviness, gastritis, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, belching, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, hyperacidity, abdominal bloating.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water before or between meals.

● 15 years and older
Single dose: 4 tablets
Doses per day: 3 times

● 5 to 14 years old
Single dose: 2 tablets
Doses per day: 3 times

● Under 5 years old
Do not take.

Taking between meals refers to 2-3 hours after a meal.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Do not return tablets touched with wet hands to the bottle. (This may cause discoloration and affect the quality.)
[When taking for the first time]
1. Peel off and discard the seal on the bottle mouth.
2. Remove and discard the filling.
(This filling is to prevent tablet breakage during transportation. Putting it in and out of the bottle may cause foreign matter contamination.)

As this product is a formulation using crude drugs, the color may vary slightly between products, but this does not affect the efficacy.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality.)
(4) Do not take the product after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, take within 6 months of opening. (To maintain quality.)
