**Product Description**

**Directions for Use**
Please adjust the amount of water to your liking.
As this is a food product, you may consume it at any time of the day.

*To Brew in a Kettle*
Place one tea bag into 400-600 mL of water or boiling water. Simmer over low heat for at least 5 minutes. Drink in several portions throughout the day.

*Cold Brew*
Place one tea bag in a pitcher, add approximately 500 mL of water, and refrigerate for about 1 hour to make cold brew burdock tea. For a richer flavor, let it steep overnight.

*Iced Tea*
After brewing, allow the tea to cool. Transfer to a bottle or pitcher, refrigerate, and serve.

*In a Teapot*
Place one tea bag into your teapot and pour the desired amount of hot water. For a stronger brew, steep longer. For a milder brew, pour quickly into your cup.
