**Product Description**
For constipation. For the relief of rough skin associated with constipation.

● A tablet form for those with mild constipation, allowing for dose adjustment.

Adults can take up to 6 tablets per day. For those with mild constipation, tablets are convenient for adjusting the dose.
Tablets are recommended over granules for those who dislike bitter tastes. The bitterness is minimal if you place the tablet in your mouth and immediately swallow it with water.

**Precautions for Use**

**Indications and Effects**
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: heavy head, hot flashes, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite (anorexia), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose according to age.

● 15 years and older
Single dose: 3 to 6 tablets

● 11 to under 15 years of age
Single dose: 2 to 4 tablets

● Under 11 years of age
Do not take.

Take the above dose once a day before bedtime or on an empty stomach. However, for the first time, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount while monitoring your bowel movements and condition.
