**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, side effects, or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this drug or any of its ingredients.
(2) Are a child under 15 years of age.
(3) Have been diagnosed with the following condition:
Liver disease
2. While taking this product, do not use any of the following medications:
Other allergy medications (including medications for skin diseases and internal medications for rhinitis), or other internal medications containing antihistamines (such as cold remedies, antitussives and expectorants, motion sickness drugs, sedatives, etc.).
3. After taking this medication, do not operate vehicles or machinery. (Drowsiness may occur.)
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this product, or avoid breastfeeding if you do take it.
5. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you:
(1) Are currently under medical treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Are elderly.
(4) Have ever had allergic symptoms due to medications or other substances.

2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this medication, stop taking it immediately as they may be side effects, and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box.
Skin: Rash/redness, swelling, itching
Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, stomatitis, stomach discomfort, abdominal pain, heavy feeling in the stomach, stomach upset, abdominal bloating, loss of appetite
Psycho-neurological system: Dizziness, insomnia, headache, feeling of dullness in the head, numbness, nightmares, hallucinations, auditory hallucinations
Respiratory system: Difficulty breathing
Cardiovascular system: Palpitations
Urinary system: Difficulty urinating, frequent urination, hematuria, proteinuria
Other: Edema, hot flashes, chest pain, phlegm, malaise, nasal congestion, menstrual irregularities, bitter taste, reduced sense of taste, gynecomastia (breast enlargement in males), breast enlargement
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc., may occur.
Thrombocytopenia: A decrease in the number of platelets (a component of blood) may lead to bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds, bleeding from the gums, and bruising.
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medication. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication for about one week (including the period of use of other medications containing Epinastine Hydrochloride), stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box.
5. Even if symptoms improve, if you intend to take this medication for more than two weeks (including the period of use of other medications containing Epinastine Hydrochloride), consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller.
**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following nasal allergy symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing.
**Dosage and Administration**
Adults (15 years and older): Take one tablet once a day with water or lukewarm water before bedtime.
(1) Do not use in children under 15 years of age.
(2) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(3) For seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms such as hay fever, it is effective to start taking this medication from the predicted start of the pollen season or as soon as symptoms appear.
(4) How to remove the tablet
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP (Press-Through Package) sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
