Alguard Rhinitis Cool Spray (category II drug)

**Product Description**
For painful nasal congestion and runny nose due to allergic rhinitis and other conditions.

This is a nasal spray with a cool sensation, its fine mist gently spreads throughout the nasal passages.
It is formulated to prevent dripping, allowing the medicinal solution to remain on the affected area for a longer time.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of side effects.)
Do not use for a prolonged period.

**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Individuals who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medications or other substances.
(4) Individuals with the following diagnoses:
Hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, glaucoma.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction manual.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Nose: Swelling, irritation
3. If symptoms do not improve after about 3 days of use, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction manual.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following symptoms associated with acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: nasal congestion, runny nose (excessive nasal discharge), sneezing, and head dullness.

**Dosage and Administration**
Spray the following amount into each nostril.

● Ages 7 and older
Single dose: 1 to 2 sprays
Frequency: Up to 6 times a day (at intervals of 3 to 4 hours)

● Under 7 years of age
Do not use.

(1) Excessive use may cause rebound nasal congestion. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) For nasal use only.

**Ingredients**
In 100 mL:
Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride…100 mg
Chlorpheniramine Maleate…500 mg
Benzethonium Chloride…20 mg
Additives: Sodium Hydrogen Phosphate, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Isotonic Agent, Chlorobutanol, Ethanol, l-Menthol, Peppermint Oil, Polysorbate 80, Glycerin, CMC-Na

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box).
● Never poke the tip of the spray nozzle with a needle or other sharp object, as it is extremely dangerous if it breaks.
