**Product Description**
An antipyretic analgesic designed for fast and effective relief from severe headaches.

This product features a 1:1 ratio of the analgesic ingredients Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen for excellent pain relief. It contains over 20% more analgesic ingredients per dose compared to “Bufferin Premium”.

Featuring the original “Quick Attack Tablet” technology, which combines rapid tablet disintegration with fast dissolution of ibuprofen, this product allows the active ingredients to reach the source of pain quickly.

A formulation that is gentle on the stomach, thanks to the action of the analgesic ingredient “Acetaminophen” and the gastric mucosa-protecting ingredient “Dried Aluminum Hydroxide Gel”.
(In addition to its analgesic effect, “Acetaminophen” also helps to suppress gastric discomfort caused by analgesic ingredients such as ibuprofen.)

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, an increased risk of side effects, or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had an asthma attack after taking this product or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines. (May induce asthma.)
(3) Are a child under 15 years of age.
(4) Are receiving treatment at a medical institution for the following conditions or are being administered the following medications: gastric/duodenal ulcer, blood disorder, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure; or are taking zidovudine (Retrovir). (For individuals with gastric/duodenal ulcer, liver disease, or kidney disease, symptoms may worsen.) (For individuals with a blood disorder, it may cause leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, etc., and further worsen the condition.) (For individuals with heart disease, cardiac insufficiency may be exacerbated.) (For individuals with high blood pressure, blood pressure may rise further.)
(5) Are pregnant and within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.
2. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives.
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
(Alcohol can generally accelerate the absorption and metabolism of drugs, potentially increasing the occurrence of side effects and toxicity, which may lead to severe liver damage.)
4. Do not take this product for a prolonged period.

**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product if you:
(1) Are currently under the care of a doctor or dentist.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.

Skin: Rash/redness, itching, bruising
Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stools
Neuropsychiatric system: Dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, depression
Cardiovascular system: Palpitations
Respiratory system: Shortness of breath
Other: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling (edema), nosebleeds, bleeding gums, difficulty stopping bleeding, bleeding, back pain, excessive drop in body temperature, general malaise
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.*
Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching of the skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, confusion, etc., appearing immediately after taking the product.
Mucocutaneous-ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread rash/redness of the skin, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc., that persist or worsen rapidly.
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread reddening of the skin, systemic rash, fever, general malaise, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.).
Gastrointestinal disorder: Black stools, vomiting blood, bloody stools, muco-bloody stools (soft stools mixed with blood, mucus, and pus), etc.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, general malaise, joint pain, diarrhea, etc.
Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea/vomiting, etc. (Such symptoms are reported particularly often in people undergoing treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
Myocardial infarction: Chest pain with a tightening sensation, difficulty breathing, cold sweats.
Cerebrovascular disorder: Decreased or loss of consciousness, difficulty moving one side of the limbs, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, difficulty finding words, etc., that appear suddenly.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or with slight exertion, dry cough, fever, etc., that appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Wheezing or whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing, etc.
Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling unwell and dizzy, bloody urine, etc.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product. If such symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
Constipation, dry mouth
4. After taking this product, symptoms such as body temperature falling below normal, weakness (prostration), or cold limbs may occur. In such cases, stop taking the product immediately, keep warm with a blanket, etc., and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
5. If symptoms do not improve after 3-4 doses, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

**Indications and Effects**
(1) Relief of pain from: headache, stiff shoulders, menstrual pain (period pain), lower back pain, joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, sore throat, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, bruises, sprains, fractures, trauma, and earache.
(2) Reduction of fever and chills.

**Dosage and Administration**
Avoid taking on an empty stomach if possible. Allow at least 4 hours between doses. Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.

Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 2 tablets
Doses per day: Up to 2 times. However, a third dose may be taken if symptoms reappear.

Under 15 years of age
Do not take.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) How to remove tablets from the PTP sheet
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and remove the tablet before taking. (Swallowing the tablet in its packaging by mistake can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not use this product after the expiration date.
(5) To prevent deterioration, do not damage the aluminum foil on the back of the PTP sheet for tablets you are not taking.
