**Product Description**
This is an oral medication for the relief of nasal congestion, sinusitis (empyema), and chronic rhinitis.

● The Kampo medicine “Shin’iseihaito,” composed of 9 crude drugs, works by soothing inflammation deep within the nasal passages and promoting the discharge of pus to aid healing.
● It is an easy-to-take granule formula that is effective with just two doses per day.

**Precautions for Use**
**Consultation**
1. The following persons should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Persons undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Persons with a weak constitution (those with declining physical strength, frail individuals).
(4) Persons with a weak gastrointestinal tract and sensitivity to cold.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Immediately stop taking this product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box.
Digestive system: Loss of appetite, stomach discomfort.
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or with slight overexertion, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc., may occur.
Mesenteric phlebosclerosis: With long-term use, symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal bloating may repeatedly occur.
3. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about one month, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box.
4. For long-term continuous use, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller.

**Indications and Effects**
For the following conditions in persons with moderate or greater physical strength who have thick nasal discharge and occasional feverish sensation: nasal congestion, chronic rhinitis, sinusitis (empyema).

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or hot water in the morning and evening, before or between meals.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 1 packet
Doses per day: 2 times

● 7 to under 15 years old
Single dose: 2/3 packet
Doses per day: 2 times

● 4 to under 7 years old
Single dose: 1/2 packet
Doses per day: 2 times

● 2 to under 4 years old
Single dose: 1/3 packet
Doses per day: 2 times

● Under 2 years old
Do not take.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
● “Between meals” refers to the period between meals, approximately 2-3 hours after eating.

Shin’iseihaito Extract… 2.0g (Extracted from Magnolia Flower 1.5g, Anemarrhena Rhizome 1.5g, Lily Bulb 1.5g, Scutellaria Root 1.5g, Gardenia Fruit 0.75g, Ophiopogon Tuber 3.0g, Gypsum 3.0g, Cimicifuga Rhizome 0.75g, Loquat Leaf 0.5g)
Additives: Aluminum Silicate, Sucrose Fatty Acid Ester, Magnesium Stearate, Lactose.
● As this product uses natural substances (crude drugs), the color of the granules may vary slightly.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (may cause misuse or affect quality).
(4) If you take a partial packet, fold the opening of the bag over at least twice to store the remainder. Any remaining medication should be taken on the same day or discarded.
