● Colac First contains DSS*, which helps stool absorb water to make it moderately soft, and Bisacodyl, which directly stimulates the large intestine to promote peristalsis, facilitating a smooth and effortless bowel movement.
● The amount of bisacodyl per tablet (2.5 mg) is the lowest in the Colac series, allowing you to start with a small dose and gradually adjust the dosage.

**Precautions for Use**
***Contraindications***

1. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Other purgatives (laxatives)
2. Do not take in large doses.

***Consultation***
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Individuals with the following symptoms:
Severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be adverse reactions. Immediately stop taking the product and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this leaflet.
Digestive system: Severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product. If such symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this leaflet.
Diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about one week, stop taking it and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
● Constipation

● Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation:
Heaviness in the head, hot flashes, skin irritation, pimples, loss of appetite (anorexia), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose with water or lukewarm water at bedtime (or on an empty stomach). However, for the first dose, start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the dose while monitoring your bowel movements and condition.

● Ages 15 and over
Single dose: 1 to 4 tablets
Once daily

● Ages 11 to 14
Single dose: 1 to 3 tablets
Once daily

● Under 11 years of age
Do not take.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Avoid taking this product within one hour of taking an antacid or drinking milk. (This product may dissolve in the stomach due to antacids or milk, preventing it from exerting its expected effect).
(4) Swallow the tablets whole without chewing or crushing them. (This product has a special coating to ensure the active ingredients can fully exert their effects and act within the large intestine).
(5) How to remove the tablets from the package
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP (Press-Through Package) sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet may lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa).

Additives: Lactose, anhydrous silicic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, gum arabic, sucrose, talc, titanium oxide, methacrylic acid copolymer S, methacrylic acid copolymer L, castor oil, Red No. 3, macrogol, carnauba wax, white beeswax

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product).
(4) Do not take the product after the expiration date.
