**Product Description**
A gastrointestinal medicine formulated with an M1 blocker that suppresses excess stomach acid and protects the stomach, for severe stomach pain and heartburn caused by issues like acid reflux.

● Heartburn is caused by the backflow of stomach acid due to factors such as overeating. Stomach pain occurs when excess stomach acid, often produced due to stress, irritates the stomach lining.
● Gastol Tablets contain a fast-acting antacid (Sodium Bicarbonate) and a long-lasting antacid (Magnesium Aluminometasilicate) that effectively neutralize excess stomach acid. The M1 blocker (Pirenzepine Hydrochloride Hydrate) suppresses excess acid secretion at its source, relieving heartburn and stomach pain while also protecting the damaged gastric mucosa. Additionally, a digestive enzyme helps to ease the stomach’s burden after meals.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of side effects or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this drug or any of its ingredients.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Are undergoing dialysis therapy.
2. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Gastrointestinal analgesics/antispasmodics, motion sickness medication
3. After taking this product, do not operate vehicles or machinery.
(Symptoms such as blurred vision or abnormal sensitivity to light may occur.)
4. Do not take this product for a long period of time.

**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Those undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Those who are breastfeeding.
(3) The elderly.
(4) Those who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(5) Those with the following symptom: Difficulty urinating.
(6) Those with the following diagnoses: Glaucoma, kidney disease.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, they may be side effects. Stop taking the product immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Digestive system: Nausea, stomach bloating
Cardiovascular system: Palpitations
Urinary system: Difficulty urinating
Other: Blurred vision
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.
Anaphylactoid reaction: Symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, and difficulty breathing may appear immediately after taking the product.
Agranulocytosis: Symptoms such as sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat may appear.
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about 2 weeks, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
● Stomach pain, heartburn, hyperacidity, feeling of fullness in the chest, belching
● Stomach heaviness, heavy stomach, stomach discomfort, stomach bloating
● Nausea (including upset stomach, queasiness from hangover or excessive drinking), vomiting, over-drinking
● Overeating, indigestion, bloating in the stomach/abdomen due to indigestion, promotion of digestion, loss of appetite

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose 3 times a day, after each meal, with water or lukewarm water.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 3 tablets

● Under 15 years of age
Do not take.
Please strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.

Pirenzepine Hydrochloride Hydrate (M₁ blocker)… 47.1mg (equivalent to 45mg of anhydrous pirenzepine hydrochloride)
Magnesium Aluminometasilicate… 900mg
Sodium Bicarbonate… 1200mg
Biodiastase 2000… 30mg
Additives: Carmellose Calcium, Anhydrous Silicic Acid, Cellulose, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the bottle cap tightly closed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) The padding inside the bottle is to prevent the tablets from being damaged during transportation. It is no longer needed after opening, so please discard it.
(5) Do not take the product after the expiration date.
