**Product Description**
For insomnia and anxiety in individuals who have trouble falling asleep or feel irritable due to stress.

● “Saiko-ka-ryukotsu-borei-to” is a Kampo formula listed in the “Shang Han Lun,” a classic Chinese medical text.
● It is effective for neurosis and for symptoms associated with hypertension, such as palpitations, anxiety, and insomnia, in individuals experiencing mental unease.

**Precautions for Use**
● **Contraindications**

1. While taking this product, do not take the following medications:
Other purgatives (laxatives)
2. Individuals who are breastfeeding should not take this product, or should avoid breastfeeding if taking this product.

● **Consultation**

(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Individuals with a weak constitution (those with declining physical strength or who are physically weak).
(4) Individuals with a weak gastrointestinal tract and a tendency for diarrhea.
(5) Individuals who have previously experienced rash, redness, itching, etc., due to medications.

Skin: Rash, redness, itching
Digestive system: Diarrhea with severe abdominal pain, abdominal pain
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or with slight overexertion, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc.

**Indications and Effects**
For the following conditions in individuals with moderate or greater physical strength who experience mental anxiety accompanied by palpitations, insomnia, constipation, etc.:
Symptoms associated with hypertension (palpitations, anxiety, insomnia), neurosis, menopausal neurosis, childhood night crying, constipation.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take three times a day before or between meals with water or lukewarm water.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 3 tablets
Doses per day: 3 times

● 5 to under 15 years of age
Single dose: 2 tablets
Doses per day: 3 times

● Under 5 years of age
Do not take.
When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

(Derived from Bupleurum Root 2.5g, Pinellia Tuber 2.0g, Poria Sclerotium 1.5g, Cinnamon Bark 1.5g, Scutellaria Root 1.25g, Jujube 1.25g, Ginseng 1.25g, Fossilized Bone 1.25g, Oyster Shell 1.25g, Ginger 0.4g, Rhubarb 0.5g)
Additives: Talc, Croscarmellose Sodium, Carmellose Calcium, Anhydrous Silicic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose
As this product uses extracts from natural crude drugs, the color of the tablets may vary slightly.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
● Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
● Keep out of reach of children.
● Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product).
● The padding inside the bottle is to prevent the tablets from being damaged during transportation. Discard it after opening.
● Do not take this product after the expiration date.
