**Product Description**
Relaxes muscles to relieve shoulder stiffness

● An oral medication that provides strong and fast relief for severe shoulder stiffness.
● The muscle relaxant ingredient, Chlorzoxazone, loosens stiff muscles from the inside to relieve shoulder stiffness.
● The pain-relieving ingredient, Ethenzamide, alleviates severe pain in the shoulders and neck.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, side effects, or accidents.)
1. Do not take this product if you:
(1) Have ever experienced allergic symptoms due to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had asthma after taking this product, other antipyretic analgesics, or cold medicines.
(3) Are a child or infant under 15 years of age.
2. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives.
3. After taking this product, do not operate vehicles or machinery (drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this product.
5. Do not use for a long period of time.

**Consultation**

(1) Are currently under medical or dental treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.

Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Face: Swelling
Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite

*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.
Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and clouding of consciousness may appear.
Mucocutaneous-ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, etc., that persist or worsen rapidly.
Asthma: Wheezing or whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing, etc., may appear.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking this product and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

**Indications and Effects**
Pain and stiffness in shoulders, neck, etc., lower back pain, back pain, sprains, bruises, neuralgia/rheumatic pain, frozen shoulder, joint pain, myositis, tendonitis.

**Dosage and Administration**
Adults: Take 1-2 tablets per dose, twice daily, with water or lukewarm water when experiencing pain or flare-ups.
*Do not exceed 2 doses per day.
Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.

● For first-time users, it is recommended to start with 1 tablet. Depending on your condition, take 1-2 tablets per dose.

● How to remove tablets from the package
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet to consume. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet can lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa).
