**Product Description**
For cough with a runny nose and thin, watery sputum.

● “Sho-seiryu-to” is a Kampo formula listed in the “Shang Han Lun,” a classic Chinese medical text.
● It is effective for the common cold, allergic rhinitis, and hay fever in individuals who experience a cough with thin, watery sputum and a runny nose.

**Precautions for Use**
● **Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Individuals with a weak constitution (those with declining physical strength or who are frail).
(4) Individuals with a weak gastrointestinal tract.
(5) Individuals prone to excessive sweating.
(6) The elderly.
(7) Individuals who have previously experienced rash, redness, itching, etc., due to medications.
(8) Individuals with the following symptoms:
Swelling, difficulty urinating.
(9) Individuals with the following diagnoses:
Hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, thyroid dysfunction.
2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this product, there is a possibility of adverse reactions. Immediately stop taking this product and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
Skin: Rash, redness, itching.
Digestive system: Nausea, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort.
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or with slight overexertion, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy: In addition to listlessness, numbness, tightness, and stiffness in the limbs, weakness and muscle pain appear and gradually worsen.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc., may appear.
3. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about one month (or 5-6 days for the common cold), stop taking it and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

**Indications and Effects**
For the following conditions in individuals with moderate or slightly weak physical strength who have a cough with thin, watery sputum and a runny nose: bronchitis, bronchial asthma, rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, swelling, common cold, hay fever.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water 3 times a day before or between meals.

● Adults (15 years of age and older)
Single dose: 1 packet
Doses per day: 3 times

● 7 to under 15 years of age
Single dose: 2/3 packet
Doses per day: 3 times

● 4 to under 7 years of age
Single dose: 1/2 packet
Doses per day: 3 times

● Under 4 years of age
Do not take.
When administering to children, do so under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.

(Extracted from 3.0 g each of Ephedra Herb, Peony Root, Dried Ginger, Glycyrrhiza, Cinnamon Bark, Asiasarum Root, and Schisandra Fruit, and 6.0 g of Pinellia Tuber.)
Additives: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Lactose, Polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol.
As this product uses an extract from natural crude drugs, the color of the granules may vary slightly.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality.)
(4) Do not take the product after the expiration date.
(5) If you take a partial packet, fold the opening of the bag and store it. Do not take any remaining portion after 2 days.
