A blend of ripe fruits, rich grains, seaweeds, and nutrient-dense vegetables, carefully selected primarily from within Japan, are fermented and aged for over 3 years and 3 months.
Note: This product contains orange, walnut, sesame, soybean, banana, and apple.

**Directions for Use**
As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 sachets daily, or as needed.
If you find the taste difficult, it can be mixed with other foods or beverages.
(Avoid mixing with anything hotter than 70°C. Once mixed, please consume on the same day.)
