**Product Description**
A once-daily treatment for athlete’s foot.

● The Exiv series is a line of athlete’s foot treatments that are effective with a once-daily application.
● The formula is designed to penetrate deep to kill the fungi causing athlete’s foot and to relieve persistent itching. It eliminates unpleasant athlete’s foot from deep within the stratum corneum, leading to healthy-looking feet. Furthermore, it effectively suppresses itching and inflammation.
● “Exiv W Deep 10 Cream” contains 10% urea. It softens hardened heels and soles, creating a skin condition that allows the active ingredients to penetrate more easily.
● Has a refreshing soap scent.

**Precautions for Use**
● **Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of side effects)
1. Do not use this product if you:
Have ever experienced allergic symptoms to this product or any of its ingredients.
2. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Eyes or area around the eyes, mucous membranes (e.g., oral cavity, nasal cavity, vagina, etc.), scrotum, vulva, etc.
(2) Eczema.
(3) Affected areas with severe moisture, sores, cracks, or trauma.

● **Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you:
(1) Are currently receiving medical treatment.
(2) Are an infant or a young child.
(3) Have ever experienced allergic symptoms due to medications or other substances.
(4) Have the affected area on your face or over a wide area of your body.
(5) Have a purulent (pus-filled) affected area.
(6) Are unsure if your condition is eczema or athlete’s foot, jock itch, or ringworm. (If symptoms such as itching or sores are present on the scrotum, it is often due to other causes like eczema).
(7) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash, irritation, sensation of heat, scaling/peeling (peeling of the skin like dandruff or grime), sores, dryness/tightness, skin cracking, pain, pigmentation, eruption/redness*, itching*, swelling*, hives*.
*: These symptoms may also appear systemically (over the entire body).
3. If symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use, or if symptoms worsen with the use of this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
Athlete’s foot, jock itch, ringworm

**Dosage and Administration**
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once a day.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) Ensure the affected area and its surroundings are clean before application.
(3) Be careful not to get this product in your eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water and seek immediate medical attention from an ophthalmologist.
(4) When used by children, it should be administered under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(5) For external use only.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly sealed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not touch eyes or mucous membranes with hands that have applied this product.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product).
(5) Do not use this product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, use it as soon as possible after opening.
