**Directions for Use**
1. Place one teabag in a large mug or teapot.
2. Pour approximately 250cc (200cc to 300cc, to your preference) of hot water and let it steep for about 3 minutes.
3. Stir lightly to release the ingredients, then remove the teabag.
4. Drink as is while hot, or chill to enjoy as iced tea.

*To Brew a Larger Batch in a Kettle*
1. Bring approximately 1 liter of water to a boil for one teabag. (Adjust the amount of water to your preference.)
2. Once boiling, add one teabag and simmer for about 3 minutes.
3. Transfer the prepared tea to a separate container. Drink over 2-3 days, either hot or iced, as you prefer.
4. If storing in the refrigerator, please consume within 2-3 days.

**Precautions for Use**
● The recommended serving is one teabag per day.
