**Product Description**
For nasal congestion due to acute rhinitis or sinusitis.
● This is the first OTC (over-the-counter) nasal spray in Japan to contain the long-acting vasoconstrictor ingredient oxymetazoline hydrochloride.
● Provides long-lasting relief with just 1 to 2 applications per day.
● Does not contain ingredients that cause drowsiness.
**Precautions for Use**
● **Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of adverse reactions)
1. Do not use this product if you:
(1) Have ever experienced allergic symptoms to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Are taking monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, etc.
*Medicines with monoamine oxidase inhibitory effects include the following, all of which are used to treat Parkinson’s disease. Zonisamide is also used to treat epilepsy.
Selegiline hydrochloride / Zonisamide / Entacapone
(3) Are a child under 15 years of age.
2. Do not use continuously for more than one week (prolonged use of this product may cause damage to the nasal mucosa).
3. Do not use for long periods or in large amounts on mucous membranes, open wounds, or inflamed areas.
● **Consultation**
1. Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
(1) Are currently under medical treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Have ever experienced allergic symptoms due to medications, etc.
(4) Have been diagnosed with the following conditions:
Hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, glaucoma.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Nose: Swelling, irritation, dryness, nasal discharge, sneezing
Psycho-neurological system: Nervousness, headache, dizziness, insomnia
Cardiovascular system: Palpitations
Digestive system: Nausea/vomiting
3. If symptoms do not improve after about 3 days of use, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this document.
**Indications and Effects**
Nasal congestion due to acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis.
**Dosage and Administration**
Spray the following single dose into each nostril.
Allow an interval of at least 10 to 12 hours between applications.
Do not use continuously for more than one week.
If you stop using the product, wait at least 2 weeks before using it again.
Discontinue use once symptoms have improved.
● Adults (15 years of age and older)
Single dose: 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril
Frequency of use: 1 to 2 times per day
● Under 15 years of age
Do not use.
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) This product has a long duration of action and is effective with 1 to 2 applications per day. Excessive use may, conversely, cause nasal congestion.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store with the cap on in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use after the expiration date.
