**Product Description**
Uses organic mulberry leaves from Shiga Prefecture.
Crafted with a traditional Japanese tea-making method of careful steaming and rolling.

● Cultivated using mineral water from the Suzuka Mountains and carefully hand-picked. It has a sweet, green tea-like flavor.
● Tea bags containing 100% mulberry leaves. This product has been notified as helping to suppress the rise in post-meal blood glucose levels.
● Caffeine-free
● Suitable for both hot and cold brewing

**Directions for Use**
[Recommended Daily Intake] 1 tea bag (2.5g)
Whether hot or cold brewed, drink approximately 500 mL per day with meals.

*For Hot Brewing*
Bring 500 mL of water to a boil.
Add 1 tea bag.
Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let it steep for about 10 minutes, then remove the tea bag before drinking.

*For Cold Brewing*
Add 1 tea bag to 500 mL of water.
Let it steep for 2 hours. Remove the tea bag before drinking.

● Can also be enjoyed chilled.
