**Product Description**

**Precautions for Use**

(2) Individuals who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals with severe weeping or sores.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.

**Indications or Effects**
Diaper rash, heat rash, eczema, dermatitis, sores, rashes, itching, chilblains, insect bites, hives.
**Dosage and Administration**
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once or twice a day.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) When used on children, it should be administered under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(3) Be careful not to get it in your eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If symptoms are severe, seek consultation with an ophthalmologist.
(4) For external use only.

Vitamin A Oil…10mg (equivalent to 10,000 I.U. of Vitamin A) *I.U. stands for International Unit
Ergocalciferol (Vitamin D2)…0.01mg
Triclocarban…30mg
Diphenhydramine…50mg
Zinc Oxide…1000mg
Additives: BHA, White Beeswax, Rapeseed Oil, Fragrance (contains Phenethyl Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol)
**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality.)
(4) Wipe any ointment (oil) from the tube’s opening with a clean gauze or tissue before closing the cap. If the cap is closed with ointment on it, it may become too tight.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date.
